Delete Your Account To permanently delete your Octo account: Open the app and make sure you're logged in Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen Tap "Delete Account" Confirm deletion when prompted Before You Delete Important: You cannot delete your account if you have: Active job requests (as a customer) Ongoing assignments (as a service provider) Please complete or cancel any active jobs before attempting to delete your account.
